The Martial Arts Introduction Program aims to help children develop discipline, and confidence, through kickboxing, grappling and physical fitness.
The program consists of three levels, each with a series of structured classes held on Sundays.
LEVELS
Level 1 - Beginner
● Dates: January 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th.
Kickboxing: Learn basic strikes (jab, cross, hook, kicks); build coordination and confidence.
- Grappling: Understand foundational positions (guard, side control) and simple escapes.
- Conditioning: Improve fitness with fun exercises to build endurance.
- Cool-Down: Stretch and reflect on progress for self-awareness.
Level 2 - Intermediate
● Dates: February 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
- Kickboxing: Refine techniques, practice combinations, and enhance timing.
- Grappling: Focus on sweeps, escapes, and control transitions.
- Conditioning: Boost strength and agility with challenging workouts.
- Cool-Down: Stretch and recognize personal growth.
Level 3 - Advanced
● Dates: March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
- Kickboxing: Master advanced combinations and defensive strategies.
- Grappling: Learn submissions (armbar, triangle choke) and advanced transitions.
- Conditioning: Maximize physical readiness for high-intensity drills.
- Cool-Down: Reflect on achievements and set future goals.

Important Program Details
To ensure the best experience for all participants, each age group is limited to a maximum of 10 children.
Registrations are now open!
Please register each child individually, using their name.
Guidelines for Parents:
For the 2-5 age group, at least one parent must remain in the gym for the entire class. Parents are welcome to step onto the mats to assist their child whenever needed.
For older age groups, parental presence is not required but is encouraged.
The program runs for 3 months, after which parents can register their children for the next session. Once your spot is secured, you’ll see the schedule for all upcoming classes.

Ages 10-12: Advanced skills focused on leadership, self-discipline, and physical and mental strength.
The MAI Program operates on a donation-based model, ensuring that all families are welcome, regardless of financial circumstances. Every child deserves the opportunity to feel empowered and safe, and our program is designed to make that a reality for everyone.
